Terry joined Diversified Trust in 1999 as Vice President of Finance and Operations. He serves as the company's Compliance Officer and also oversees the custody and portfolio administration of fund strategies through the company's master custodian and investment advisors. In addition, Terry is also responsible for the company's fund tax accounting and reporting as well as corporate financial reporting and treasury function. Prior to joining Diversified Trust, Terry was an Audit Manager for KPMG, LLP. During his seven years at KPMG, his clients included financial institutions, REIT's and mutual funds. Terry earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with Honors from Christian Brothers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Past President of the Memphis chapter of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Terry serves as Chairman of the Scholarship Task Force of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also active in the Boy Scouts of America, Little League International, and is a Trustee of Ellendale United Methodist Church.
