Terry joined Diversified Trust in 1999 as Vice President of Finance and Operations. He serves as the company's Compliance Officer and also oversees the custody and portfolio administration of fund strategies through the company's master custodian and investment advisors. In addition, Terry is also responsible for the company's fund tax accounting and reporting as well as corporate financial reporting and treasury function. Prior to joining Diversified Trust, Terry was an Audit Manager for KPMG, LLP. During his seven years at KPMG, his clients included financial institutions, REIT's and mutual funds.

Terry earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration cum laude from Christian Brothers University. He is a Certified Public Accountant and is a Past President of the Memphis chapter of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. Terry also served as Chairman of the Scholarship Task Force of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is also active in the Boy Scouts of America and is the Secretary/Treasurer for PET-Memphis, an affiliate of PET International. Terry is a member of Ellendale United Methodist Church where he has served as a Trustee and is currently the Vice Chairman of the Finance Committee.
