Eli P. Niepoky, CFA®Principal

Eli joined Diversified Trust in 2003. She serves as the Chair of our Investment Strategy Group with responsibility for ongoing oversight of the company's institutional investment advisors. Previously, she served as an Investment Director at the Delta Air Lines Benefit Trust, a $10 billion defined benefit pension plan. At Delta, Eli was primarily responsible for managing a $4 billion portfolio of fixed income investments. As one of three investment directors, she was also involved in all other aspects of managing the fund including portfolio management, investment policy and asset allocation strategies.
Eli graduated from Wake Forest University, and received a Master of Business Administration from Georgia State University. She is also a Chartered Financial Analyst, and is the former President of the Atlanta Society of Financial Analysts and now serves on its Board of Trustees. In addition, Eli has previously served as an instructor for the Atlanta CFA review course.
