Lee joined Diversified Trust in 1996. He is the company’s Chief Financial Officer and is a member of the Institutional Advisory Services group and the investment committee. Prior to joining Diversified Trust, Lee served as Vice President of Finance for Le Bonheur Health Systems, a multi-faceted healthcare provider based in Memphis. Lee began his career with Ernst & Young.

Lee received a Bachelor of Arts in Accounting from the University of Mississippi. He is a Certified Public Accountant and a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. In addition, he is an honors graduate of the Cannon Financial Institute Trust School, and is a Certified Trust and Financial Advisor. He is a member of the Estate Planning Council of Memphis and serves on the Board of Directors of the Hope Christian Community Foundation and the Southside Boys and Girls Club in Memphis.
