Tom has served as the Managing Principal of the company’s Nashville office since its establishment. He chairs our Institutional Advisory Services group and also serves on the investment committee of the company’s proprietary private equity fund strategies. Previously, Tom served as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Therapeutics Antibodies where he was responsible for taking that company public on the London Stock Exchange. In addition, Tom previously served as a Partner of J. C. Bradford & Co.

Tom received a Bachelor of Arts in History from Vanderbilt University and a Master of Business Administration from the University of Chicago. He serves as a Board Member for WPLN Nashville Public Radio, Cheekwood Botanical Garden and Museum of Art, and Montgomery Bell Academy. He is also a member of Leadership Nashville and a Founding Member of Meharry Medical College's Circle of Friends. Tom has also served as Chairman of the Metro Nashville Arts Commission and on the boards of Nashville Ballet, and the Nashville Sports Council.
