Larry is one of the company’s founding shareholders and has served on the Board of Directors since the company’s inception. He also served as Chief Executive Officer until 2011. He is actively involved in the management and oversight of client relationships and new business development. Prior to co-founding Diversified Trust, Larry spent 13 years as Treasurer and Chief Financial Officer of Le Bonheur Health Systems, a multi-faceted healthcare provider based in Memphis.

Larry received a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accountancy from the University of Mississippi and is a member of the Tennessee Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is currently Chairman of the Board of the Le Bonheur Children’s Hospital Foundation and also serves on the Board of Directors for Bridges, Inc. and the Community Foundation of Greater Memphis. In addition, Larry is on the Executive Board of the University of Mississippi Alumni Association and is an Elder and Trustee at Idlewild Presbyterian Church.
