Penne joined Diversified Trust in 1997 and spent eight years with the firm before taking a two-year hiatus to support her family's business. She returned to Diversified Trust in 2007 as a Vice President. Prior to joining Diversified Trust in 1997, Penne spent nine years as a Trust Officer with responsibilities including trust administration and operations at First Tennessee Bank. She attended the University of Missouri and received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Arkansas State University.
