Cort joined Diversified Trust in 2011. His responsibilities include financial and investment analyses, implementing investment strategies and ongoing monitoring of client investment portfolios. He recently served as Director of Investment Operations for RSM McGladrey Wealth Management, where he oversaw its $3.5 billion wealth management platform and managed the firm’s investment strategies. In addition, he provided research and analysis on relevant economic and market trends and generated market related client material. Cort began his career with Wachovia Wealth Management as a Finance Analyst supporting Wells Fargo Family Wealth, formerly Calibre, Wachovia’s multi-family office. He later served as Associate Portfolio Manager for Wachovia’s Trust group, where he managed portfolio risk and investment strategies for trust clients. Cort received a Bachelor of Arts degree from Wake Forest University and a Master in Business Administration from the Babcock School of Management at Wake Forest.
